Hello, Mount Members and Friends! These are your announcements…

  1. You’ve asked and have been patient and now it is BACK!! The Kidz 4 Christ Summer Camp will return this summer! Final plans are being made now and we are in search of our Camp Director now! If you are interested or know of someone who would be perfect, please contact Dr. Joshua Reese for more information. We are so excited about providing our community with this amazing Summer Camp!
  2. It is that time of year when the Senior Mission and the Brotherhood team up to provide one hundred families with a Thanksgiving Gift Card. Mount Members, can help us complete this goal and bless these needy families with your generous giving. Monetary donations can be made at the church office, and please mark your envelopes as “Thanksgiving.”
  3. Families applying for a Thanksgiving Gift Card must fill out an application in the Church’s Foyer. Mt. Sinai Members are encouraged to sign up on November 18th and 19th. Any remaining slots will be filled on November 21st. Operating times are between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All applications must be completed in person with a photo I.D. In the Foyer, each person must present a picture I. D. The Thanksgiving gift Cards will be given out on November 25th and 26th between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the Foyer.
  4. We are looking for ALL of our Young Adults to join us on Thursday, November 21st on Zoom at 7 pm for our Young Adult Bible Study that includes icebreakers, relevant hot topics, and relevant biblical lessons. Your presence is greatly appreciated as we continue to grow together!!!
  5. On Saturday, November 23rd, all youth are encouraged to join us for Youth Day at 10 am in the Family Life Center! We look forward to seeing all youth, not just the church of tomorrow, but, also of today!
  6. On Sunday, November 24th at 6 pm, all are invited to join us for the Ordination Ceremony of Min. Rodney Geter here in the sanctuary. We thank God for what he is doing in his life and we look forward to witnessing as God takes him to another level in service to Him! All are welcome to attend!
  7. It’s well known that we look forward to Thanksgiving Day for the time of food, family and football. But, we invite all to remember and reflect the day of Thanksgiving as a day of being thankful on Wednesday, November 27th. At 6 pm, we will fellowship with a light meal in the fellowship hall before transitioning to the sanctuary for our Pre-Thanksgiving Worship Service at 6:30 p.m. Please join us! We have so much to be thankful for!
  8. In recognition of the Thanksgiving Holiday, please note that the Church Office will close at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27th and will not reopen until Monday, December 2nd. Thank you for your understanding and assistance during this time!
  9. There are many exciting events coming in December. More information will be shared about those events next week. But, sign up for these events has started. Please be sure to sign up in the foyer after service today!
